Day1. Arrive Luang Prabang – Free
On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. After checked in the rest of time free at your leisure.
Day2. Luang Prabang – Full Day City Tour ( B)
After breakfast, today we visit the National Museum (closed Tuesdays) at the former Royal Palace. It displays a collection of artefacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through to the last sovereign. After that we continue to enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. Today, we also visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. We then climb up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a panoramic view of the city at sunset and the Mekong River. From there, we explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang.

Day3. Luang Prabang – Pak Ou Cave – Kuangsi waterfall ( B)
After breakfast, this morning we embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside, before reaching the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where they make the local rice wine. On return, we disembark the boat to visit traditional villages, and continue taking a short drive to Ban Phanom, a village famous for its hand weaving.
This afternoon, you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, a Khmu village. This then takes us to the beautiful Khuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. We then return to Luang Prabang in late afternoon.

Day4. Luang Prabang – Oudomxay – Nam Kat Yorlapa ( B , D)
After breakfast, today we head up to Udomxay. From there you are heading to Nam Kat Yolapa as today destination. Your journey distance approximately 150km and enroute stop visiting local Hmong, Kamu ethnic minority, pottery, handicraft villages at Ban Nyor. Arrival at Nam Kat Yolapa by sunset. Nam Kat Yolapa is one of the most diversity eco lodge hiding out at the deep jungle or rain forest. Here you are able to enjoy resort activities such as zip line, tree top house, canapé walk or trekking to villages (optional of choices which you can pay on side).

Day5. Nam Kat Yorlapa - Trekking & Zip line ( B, L, D)
We departure from the resort and cycle upwards to the Namkat Waterfall. You will sentence the fresh smell of nature as the road is surrounded by thick forest. The cycling trip towards the waterfall will take about 2 hours. We will park our bikes at the entrance point of the waterfall, and walk towards the waterfall by fling bridges walk. Lunch will be served at the waterfall. We will spend about 1.5 hour there.
After lunch we will do zip-lining back to the entrance/meeting point where we parked the bikes and cycle back to the resort.
Notice: the tour starts @ 08:30 and end @ 17:00. The activities will include cycling, trekking, flying bridge & zip lining. And the thing that you should bring is sunscreen, mosquito spray, swimming suite and towel.

Day6. Nam Kat Yoralapa – Dien Bien Phu ( B , Dinner )
After breakfast, we continue our journey to Dien Bien Phu. On the way, we stop visit some of the minorities villages. We also pass Muang La, Muang Khua, Pak Nam Noi, Muang Mai before cross border to Vietnam (Sobboun in Phongsaly province, Laos) – (Tray Trang in Lai Chau province, Vietnam).
Pick up and transfer to Dien Bien Phu - the last base of the French power in Indochina. Here we will visit monuments, the museum, war relics and the preserved bunkers all telling the story of the final and victorious liberating battle of 1954. Dinner and free time to explore the night-life in this remote mountain city. Overnight in Hotel in Dien Bien Phu.
Day 7: Dien Bien, Son La ( B, L, D)
This day is discover Highlight of Dien Bien Phu as Doc Lap Hill, Muong Thanh airport, and the command tunnel of General de Castries, listening how to VIETCONG fight against one of the biggest campaign of French colonist. Then depart for next beautiful places awaiting the small town Son la, you have chance to see common lives of highland ethnic people. Have lunch at local restaurant. Night in Son La Day 8: Son la – Mai chau ( B, L, D)
The provincial museum and the nearby old prison are some of this hill town's major sights. We have a chance to visit these before we leave for our next destination. – Mai Chau, On The way, stop to visit Moc Chau ( It is famous for its tea Hills ).
13h00 PM: Arrive Maichau Hideaway resort, check in your room, enjoy lunch at Maichau restaurant and admire the exceptional panorama view to Black river ( Da river).
2h30 PM: Take a boat trip on Da River as the biggest lake of Vietnam. It takes 45’ to 1 hour to go to to Ngoi Hoa Bay. Along the way, you will stop to visit a floating houses and experience fisher man daily life there. After that, we head to Ngoi Hoa - Muong village – discovering Muong minority . Do Short trekking visit village, local houses on stilt then takes around 30 minutes to climb up to Fairy Pond, it’s beautiful and pristine, you will love it at first sight. . The water here is blue like jade.
5h PM: Back to Mai Chau hideaway for dinner.
Overnight at Mai Chau hideaway. Day 9: Mai Chau – Hanoi. End trip. ( B, L, )
9h AM: After breakfast, spend your morning to do Biking and trekking up through small paths inside the forest to admire a picturesque islands, villages and water fall along Da river. The view is breathtaking and “could not be missed “when you plan your trip to Mai chau. Sure that you will get a lot of beautiful photos featuring the green mountains, blue river. You can also choose to explore the surroundings on your own or relax with the comfort of your room or unwind at our swimming pool.
11h30 AM: back to Maichau Hideaway resort by boat. Check out around 12 pm. Having lunch at restaurant in Maichau

13h30 PM: transfer back to Hanoi. End of the tour.
