In the morning, the driver & guide will pick you up at hotel in Hue, enjoy a scenic boat trip along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue’s most iconic spiritual landmarks. Upon arrival, explore its tranquil gardens, admire the seven-story Phuoc Duyen Tower, and learn about its historical and cultural significance overlooking the gentle flow of the river. Continue by road to visit the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, an impressive royal mausoleum set within a harmonious landscape of lakes, bridges, courtyards, and forested hills, reflecting the power and vision of one of the Nguyen Dynasty’s most influential emperors.
Having lunch in local restaurant
In the afternoon, proceed to the Imperial Citadel, the former royal palace of the Nguyen Emperors and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Discover its grand gates, ceremonial halls, temples, and spacious courtyards while gaining insight into Vietnam’s last imperial dynasty. Conclude the day with a visit to Dong Ba Market, Hue’s largest and most vibrant local market, where you can experience local daily life and browse regional specialties and handicrafts.
