Hi Ms Chi,
Good afternoon.
This is just to inform you that all of us have arrived home safely.
We enjoyed our holiday tour that you planned for us in Central Vietnam very much.
All went well and no problem at all. We will not hesitate to use or recommend our friends to your company in future.
All the best!
Thanks for the receipt issued to Mr See Leong Chye. I would appreciate if you could post the original to his office at
Mr See Leong Chye, c/o Hercules (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, 32, VSIP Street 4, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An District, Binh Doung Province, Vietnam.
Also, thanks for arranging my delayed bag to be sent to Mercury Hotel in Hue. I would appreciate if you could scan and email me the delivery receipt (when the bag was sent to your office showing the date and time of receive) for my delay baggage insurance claim purpose. I have checked the bag and with Mercury Hotel but not delivery note or tag was attached to the bag. If you don't have a delivery receipt from Air Asia, could you ask them for a letter or a short note that it was delivered to me at Mercury Hotel on 21 Jan 2015 when we returned from Phong Nha Caves tour at night or something. Thank you again.

We have just arrived back today. Cambodia was good. Enjoyed all the sites.
I do have a few suggestions.
- The guide and drivers were good but it would be better if they were given maps to show them where hotels are that they have not been to before.
- I would not recommend the Ly Cheu Hotel in Kratie nor the Golden Sand in Sihanoukville
- Sambor Village in Kampong Thom was excellent
We look forward to booking another trip with you in the future.
Thanks

Thank you so much for everything.And some notes about the program;
The new hotel in Hanoi is not better than the other one... Group force me to changed their rooms for many times, and so do i... :)
The complaint was the rooms old, moisture and musty smell in the rooms...
what can i say, they are the customer...
In Halong Bay becouse of the storm expectation we cancelled the night program and turn back to hanoi sleep in the hotel of last year, this time they give us their good rooms and everybody gets happy... Next time if they promise to give us the same quality room, i will prefer that hotel instead of the sunway...The tour guides are good thank you, but nobady can be a Mr. Hung i think... :) I whish he can be with us next time...
Now i start to work over the India tour, we are 5 already my wish is to be 10 of course .... :)

Dear Mr Lhe Thuc,
In general my people are happy with the Vietnam Hotel, the guide is very good with the way he talks and accommodated the group, very considerate, he is very honest and so courteous, with the foods everything is right and very palatable, with the presentations and all it is quite excellent. In Cambodia some feedbacks only is the transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap which took us around 14 hours including transfers of Bus, hence, bus is very good with the snacks also, some how, in Cambodia since I have with me some Senior Citizens with the Group, they wishes to normally go with the mini bus not to walk everytime especially the Angkor Wat would take an hour to reach so the Bus should bring the guests if possible bec during the tour they simply walk and walk.
Further, hotel is ok some rooms only got problem with say likages in some portion like in Labatory for Rm 309, Rm 310 also liking in the toilet portion in Lucky Angkor Hotel. The guide is quite accommodating also but not as Mr Khua was. Foods are ok also especially the Buffet LUnch after Angkor Wat and all.
I am satisfied in general and happy to have you as my tour operator expect me that in the near future you will always have my group then.

Hi Daisy,
I was very satisfied with your arrangements, which were well organised and efficient. I appreciate your assistance in planning this reservation at such short notice. Thank you.
I would also like to comment on Mr Kien's (Halong Bay Tour Guide) exceptional services and professionalism. He went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure we had the most enjoyable experience in Halong Bay. He was enthusiastic, informative, engaging, professional, helpful, organised and friendly, not to mention very good looking.
Last but not least, I would like to also comment on Anh Nam's (Halong Bay Driver) great service. He came to pick up my family and I, from the Hanoi Train Station, but unfortunately we didn't recognize him so he followed us for some time before contacting Mr Kien, who translated to us that Anh Nam was there to pick us up. Luckily, Mr Kien answered his mob as it was 5.00 am, otherwise there might have been a big misunderstanding between Anh Nam and I since we couldn't communicate.
I will definitely recommend SinhCafe Travel to my friends in future. Thank you once again.
kind regards,

Dear Sirs
On the 8th May, we were collected from the Golden Central Hotel in Saigon by Mr Hieu and Mr Du Ma Du to take us on the 3 tours that we had booked through yourselves. We had no idea what to expect but have to say that we could not have had a better Tour Guide than Mr Hieu. He made the beginning of our trip very easy and as the days went on more enjoyable. His knowledge of his country is excellent and he was very informative. He had no problem answering any questions we asked of him and the fact that his English is very good, gave us a better understanding to what we were seeing. The cruise on the Saigon River was wonderful and was not something we had thought of doing but at Mr Hieu’s suggestion we did and are very glad of that. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was good at all times. He has a great personality and had us laughing on numerous occasions. On our return to Saigon the day before we flew out we met up again. This was an added bonus and we had the most beautiful meal with him before going for iced coffee’s, another treat. The days that we spent with Mr Hieu were the highlight of our trip and we really look forward to returning to your country soon, with the hope of seeing Mr Hieu again. We were indeed very lucky to have the most famous and most handsome Tour Guide in Vietnam! Once again thank you very much and we hope that it is not too long before we book another trip and make use of your services again. We would not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends in Australia.
Kind regards

We were also happy with all the drivers and guides, to who we want

The only change, we could have wanted, was to drop Na Trang and give

not send serious people the again!
Besides that, we were content and happy, so we will recommend your

our guides were very professional and helpful.
One thing I’d
like to bring to your attention is the accommodation in Vung Tau.
The Dic Star hotel was very nice however it did not cater for

and
when we come back, we will certainly contact you. And, in fact,
we hope
to send many customers your way.
We were sorry not to see you face to face while we were in Hanoi,
but maybe next time.
Thank you again for arranging an unforgettable journey.

Hi Tina,
Thank you for organising our Vietnam Trip.
We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
I would like to comment that ALL of our tour guides were FANTASTIC.
They made us feel welcomed, were friendly, had great people
skills and
were always willing to help. I would specially like to
comment on our
second tour guide Bing, he was wonderful and we really appreciated
his
enthusiasm to teach us Vietnamese history. He is very
knowledgeable and
should be commended on his outstanding people skills.
We would also like to commend all the drivers for their friendliness
and
skill in driving in peak hour traffic! :)
We
loved all the different places this tour took us on and the hotels
were good, especially the one at halong bay (although we were
confused
why we kept been givem twin rooms as we requested doubles).
I would like to say however that we were not happy with the
REX hotel as
it was very noisy and not as nice as the other hotels.
I think when we
go back we will be requesting another hotel at Ho Chi Ming city.
This tour was definitely a highlight and we are all definitely
keen to
go back next year so we will definitely be keeping in touch
with you.
We will also be recommending it to our friends and family.
Thank you again and we will hopefully be in touch in 2008!
Kind regards,
Arani

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
My wife and I live in Canada, and were planning a trip to Vietnam.
We had heard good things about Sinhcafe, and began to make enquiries
through that way. We came into contact with Mr Thanh Tung, of
your 30 Hang Be St, Hanoi, office.
He provided us with prompt replies to our many questions. He was very
good at making, and changing, arrangements. As a result, our
time in Vietnam was extremely enjoyable.
He has an excellent ability to understand our needs, and to work with
us to make an itinerary tailored to our individual requests.
I would also like to mention the very helpful and courteous way that
Ms Hoang Thao dealt with us. She is also extremely efficient.
I have asked Mr Thanh Tung to pass this message on to the supervisor.
You are free to quote me to others, to tell them about the good people
that you have at Sinhcafe.
Sincerely yours,

My wife and I wish to let you know that we enjoyed our recent Vietnam
tour (19/2/06--1/3/06) conducted by your company. There were a few
minor glitches along the way but we would like in particular to commend
Hien who gave us excellent attention on the Hanoi section of the tour
and we felt that he carried out his tour guide duties in a very professional
manner. Please pass on our best regards to him and tell him I tried
to send him a personal email to say thanks again but for some reason
the email did not transmit(maybe a wrong address) We hope to revisit
again sometime in the future.

Dear Mr Nam
Thank you for your concern. My father is doing very well and is eating
and
walking. Once again thank you very much for the help you and your
company
gave us. In particular I would like to thank Mr Long in HCMC, my mother
said she could not have coped without him. When I get back to Australia
I
will write a longer letter. I will also write to Lonely Planet to
let them
know how good you were to us.
Sincerely

Dear Mr Nam
Just a short note to thank you once more for all the trouble you and
your company went to on our recent tour of Vietnam. My father is well
now and will have another operation here in Australia in a few months
time. After that he should be back to normal.
My family and I really appreciate everything you did for us. We were
still able to enjoy our time in Vietnam even though my father was
in hospital. You and your company could not have made it easier for
us. We are very grateful for the tours, meals and accommodation you
arranged for us at such short notice and that you did not charge us
for all the problems we caused you. We had a lot to worry about in
Ho Chi Minh City with my father's illness and trying to answer all
the questions our insurance agent had about paying my fathers medical
bills and it was nice to know that you tried to make sure we had a
good time.
I would also like to let you know that we thought the three guides
we had were very good. In particular, Mr Long in Ho Chi Minh City
was fantastic. He really helped my parents on their first night in
HCMC when they had so many decisions to make. He looked after my mother
until she left the hospital at 10.30pm and even then took her to a
restaurant to make sure she had something to eat. Mr Long is a very
good guide. He has a good knowledge and is also a very entertaining
person and very good company - I would recommend him.
When we got home to Australia, we told our travel agent about your
company. Booking tour packages through Australia for Vietnam is very
expensive and usually costs US$100 per day per person without airfares.
Our travel agent, Ros is thinking of travelling to Vietnam so we gave
her your company's details. I hope she contacts you. Hopefully she
will recommend you to other people enquiring about Vietnam. I also
wrote to Lonely Planet about how well we were treated by your company.
Please let me know if I can do anything else for you and write to
anyone else to recommend you.
Once again, many, many thanks from my family and myself.

Hello !
we just returned from VietNam on Saturday, as you know. Thanks very
much
for all of your arrangements and help. I would like to give you some
feedback on your service.
- email response - GREAT ! It was very, very helpful
to me to be able to
discuss quickly with you by email, so thanks very much !
- visa on arrival - please feedback to the government; this is exactly
the
kind of action needed to stimulate tourism. If we had to get the visa
from
the embassy or consulate, we would have chosen a different destination.
I
also see that they are now issuing on arrival visas to Japanese, so
that is
a good step !!!
- tour guides - we greatly enjoyed travelling with Miss Nhu !!! She
had a
good knowledge about the tombs and pagoda. She also explained about
a lot
of Vietnamese culture, history and background. She has a very pleasant
personality and she always went the extra step to make sure our everything
was satisfactory; several times she checked the menu in advance to
make
sure we were not eating the same foods for every meal. This is the
kind of
enthusiasm, anticipation and service that will serve her well in the
future. Please feel free to send these comments to her, as well as
my
email address; she still has one question she needs to answer for
us !!!
Thanks. Also, Mr. Tuan explained My Son quite well and we appreciated
his
tour. We also appreciated Miss Van in Hoi An. Although she was not
a tour
guide, she tried her best to help us given the situation. Mr. Giap
was a
nice man as well
- meal situation - the food was delicious but it was too much !!!
I think
we should have booked half-board only ..... or maybe most people eat
more
than we do ?
- overall - I have to say that the Hanoi/Halong Bay and Hue pieces
were
well-handled. Somehow, the communication broke down in Hoi An. Perhaps
it
is because you do not have strong local support ? In the end, everything
worked out okay. We are fairly experienced travellers so the problems
were
not so big for us. But for others, it might not have been a good
situation. So perhaps you might consider giving people the local phone
numbers for support.
Thanks again for your help. We really enjoyed visiting
VietNam and would
like to recommend your agency to any who ask.
Best wishes for the New Year !
Janice Dyer
